WHAT DID WE DO?
This stunning project involved demolishing the rear outbuildings and replacing them with a bespoke kitchen featuring an oak, glass, and brick frame. A complete rewire was carried out across all three floors, along with the installation of a full heating system, including new radiators and two boilers.
Four bathrooms were refitted, and multiple plaster repairs were completed. The ground floor’s wood structure was repaired, as was the existing timber staircase, which had become unstable.
Additionally, a new oil tank and bio disk were installed. The front lawn was reshaped using oak sleepers as a retaining wall. The front elevation was fully repointed, with repairs and repointing to the remaining elevations, while the stone portico at the front of the house was refurbished.
