Our Wilstead project features a stunning four-bedroom custom-built home, meticulously managed by our in-house architectural and construction management team from initial concept to final execution. Designed to meet the bespoke needs of a modern family, this property boasts a high-end specification throughout, integrating energy-efficient technologies to enhance sustainability and long-term cost savings.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
This exquisite residence was crafted using a combination of traditional and contemporary construction techniques. The exterior seamlessly blends multiple finishes, including classic red brickwork, sleek black cladding, and a monocouche render, all topped with an elegant slate roof. These carefully selected materials ensure both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting durability.
Throughout the construction phase, attention to detail was paramount. The structure was developed to optimise functionality and architectural beauty, creating a residence that stands out in its surroundings. Aerial imagery captures the impressive footprint and layout of the building, highlighting the craftsmanship involved at every stage of development.

Thoughtfully arranged across four meticulously designed floors, including a well-appointed basement level, the home provides an abundance of space for modern living.
This remarkable property was conceived and designed in-house, ensuring a seamless fusion of style, functionality, and premium-quality finishes. Situated on the picturesque outskirts of Cosgrove, the home stands as a striking testament to contemporary architectural excellence. Every detail has been carefully considered to achieve an impeccable standard, making it a prime example of the high specifications and superior design that can be accomplished.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The exterior design showcases a captivating blend of architectural materials, including cropped stone, rich red brick, and sleek monocouche render, creating a visually dynamic and engaging façade. This carefully curated combination is complemented by a timeless slate roof, adding a touch of classic elegance to the overall aesthetic.
To maximise functionality and durability, the basement level was constructed using a robust tanking system, ensuring long-term protection against moisture.
Thoughtfully integrated lightwells were strategically placed to invite natural light into the lower level, enhancing the space with brightness and an airy atmosphere despite being below ground.
INTERNALLY
Internally, the property benefits from 5 spaciously proportioned bedrooms with several attached dressing areas. Each bedroom has an associated ensuite bathroom. The lower level features a decadent master suite, comprising of a spacious bedroom, shower room, dressing room, cinema, sauna, gym and courtyard. Internal flourishes include oak staircases, luxury flooring, panelling and a visually striking modular hexagon lighting system.
EXTERIOR
All exterior ground works and landscaping were completed as part of the project. The master bedroom leads out into a quaint courtyard. The top floor features a Velux Cabrio roof balcony, providing interesting external areas to enjoy.
